Flat bottom bag filter Includes flat bottom extractor and rotary valve, most commonly used when there is no height or for products that are more difficult to extract, preventing the formation of accumulation points. Conical bottom bag filter It comes with a rotary valve and, in most cases, an expansion or vibrating chamber, used when there is height and for products that are easier to flow. Flat bottom extractor It has a central cone and UHMW drags that guarantee durability and quick replacement of parts, its direct drive reduces the need for maintenance. Its design prevents the accumulation of products at the ends of the filter outlet. Expansion or vibrating chamber for conical bottom Vibrating chamber with the possibility of installation with a vibrator, pneumatic vibrators or fluidizers. The expansion chamber reduces pressure and facilitates product flow, in many cases avoiding the need for vibration. Top cover and valve protection For installation in open spaces, top cover with a slope to prevent water accumulation and tilting protection for the solenoid valves. Safety first Avoid accidents by installing rupture membranes, dampers and other components in the aspiration piping, increasing operational safety. Access structure Easy access to the door for changing the bags, the pressurization tank and the solenoid valves in the filter head, speeding up access for maintenance when necessary.
