The manual bag opener is used to facilitate the reception and receipt of cores, it operates cleanly due to its design with filter elements and coupled exhaust fan.

It has an internal grid and a support for opening the bag, with an easy-to-open door and excellent sealing for internal access.
With holes to capture air, in its version with integrated filter it has filter elements that are cleaned using a pneumatic device made up of solenoid valves and an electronic device for cleaning the bags using a reverse air jet, and the extractor fan is also included.
The bag is placed on the internal grid where, after opening the bag, the operator shakes it and then empties it, there may be a flat bottom extractor, motor vibrator or just an exit transition in order to facilitate the flow of the product according to its characteristics.
The internal exhaust fan suctions suspended particles that will be filtered by its filtration system, the clean air will be segregated from the dust that will settle and thus prevent its dispersion into the work environment.

Side access doors To quickly change the sleeves, it has two side doors for easy access from both sides, with its quick coupling and release system, which speeds up maintenance and downtime. Full opening of the front door Through a two-level tilting system, the front opening door for internal access is easily accessible, also enabling the adaptation of a magnetic safety sensor.
