The EFRN is a semi-automatic bagging machine and is used to bag products in open-mouth bags.

It has a storage lung, a spindle system for fine cutting, a weighing module with scales and pneumatic drive and load cells, a bag beater and also has air recirculation to avoid interference in weighing, with an electronic control panel.
Due to its design, it can deliver variations of +/- 100g for bagging 25, 30 and 50kg bags.
Its spindle system extracts the product continuously and precisely onto the scale. The weighing is then done in increments according to the time required to bag the previous bag. The product is then bagged through the special bagging mouth and the bag beater.
Capacity to meet various operational needs The EFRN semi-automatic bagging machine can bag 200 30kg bags/hour and 250 25kg bags/hour.
