The MPLC has sieve floors to remove coarse and fine impurities from the good product, it has an orbital oscillation system for the machine body that is suspended by steel cables, without the use of eccentrics or vibrators, ensuring smooth operation and without transmitting vibrations to the building structure.
The sieves are fully modular and interchangeable, with automatic cleaning using rubber balls, and also have an attached suction channel for separating light products.
As it is a pre-cleaning and grain cleaning machine, its greatest application is mainly in the agro-industrial sector in warehouses or industries with a high capacity for receiving or processing wheat, soybeans, corn, barley, beans, among others.
High quality of separation between product and impurities Due to its orbital oscillatory movement, the product remains in contact with the sieves for much longer, this allows for a more detailed segregation of the fractions of impurities and grains.
