The single channel control plansifter was specially designed for use in the sieving of crushed products where it is desired to separate the particles by granulometry, as it has multiple outlets it classifies them according to the arrangement of the sieves.

The equipment is mounted on a robust steel chassis, has four supports with fiberglass rods, and is driven by a set of counterweighted and pulley with motor located at the bottom of the equipment.
The body is fully enclosed with a full front opening for easy removal of the internal looms, a special door with locks, and is finished in carefully selected materials.
The sieve boxes offer several manufacturing and design options, including beaters that provide a constantly active sieving area, they are also interchangeable and easily replaced.
