The double deck thunderoll roller mill is the perfect combination between quality and efficiency, the result of years of experience and was designed for continuous and consistent operation for grinding grains such as wheat and corn.

Description

The speed of the feed roll is automatically controlled by a sensor present in the feed box that sends a signal to the feed roll drive motor through CLP and according to the product level in the feed box, promoting a perfect and uniform feeding of product to the grinding rollers.

The feeding box protection can be easily removed and dismantled, simplifying inspection of the product inlet and also cleaning when necessary, the equipment also allows full access to the hygiene of all surfaces, including stainless steel that will be in contact with the product, they guarantee efficient product flow, thus preventing unwanted agglomeration regions.

Operation principle

Its operating principle is based on four rollers that rotate around their own axis and open and rupture the grain when it passes between them. In the double deck design, it is used mainly in the first passages of the diagram.
